ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES
The Arena Administrative Offices are located on the west side of the building, at the blue door marked "ADMINISTRATION." The Administrative offices are open by appointment only. Please call 316-744-8880 to make an appointment.
ALCOHOL
You must be 21 years of age to purchase and consume all alcohol products. Arena strictly enforces this by ID'ing and wristbanding all those who are consuming alcohol at our facility.
ANIMALS
The Arena welcomes service animals or other animal assistance utilized by people who are disabled or visually impaired. All other animals are prohibited.
ATM MACHINE
There are two ATM's in the arena. They are located near the restrooms on the north concourse and the south concourse.

CHILD ADMITTANCE
Any child that is younger than two years of age will be admitted to most events for free. Anyone over the age of two will be required to have a ticket before entering the building. This policy changes on an event by event basis and any questions about this can be directed to the arena staff at 316-744-8880.
LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS
Tickets that are either lost or stolen are the ticket holder's responsibility and cannot be refunded or replaced. Any questions should be directed to the arena staff at 316-744-8880.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment options for events include cash, and credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover).

CAMERAS & VIDEO EQUIPMENT
Standard digital cameras are permitted for most events. Check event details for any specific limitations. Any professional photography or videography equipment (detachable lenses, tripods, sound equipment, etc.) is prohibited.
CHILDREN
For most events, children younger than two (2) years of age do not require a ticket if held on the lap of an accompanying adult. This policy changes for certain types of events. Please call the Administrative Offices 316-744-8880 for more information on a particular event.
CONCESSIONS
The arena has an array of dining and snack options. Come hungry because we have everything from pizza, hot dogs, burgers, and chicken fingers, to Dippin' Dots, Monster Energy drinks, and a smorgasbord of candy. We carry Coke products, and depending on the type of event, we offer fully stocked bars and draught beer. We take cash and cards at our concessions stands.

CREDIT CARD POLICY
Both the Box Office and concessions take all major credit cards (Visa, AmEx, Discover, Mastercard) and cash.

DIAPER BAGS
Diaper bags are generally not allowed in the arena, but some event policies are subject to change. Check specific event page for more details.
DIRECTIONS TO HARTMAN ARENA
The arena is located just off of I-135, two miles north of Park City, KS and eight miles north of downtown Wichita, KS. From both Northbound and Southbound I-135, take Exit 16 on to 77th St, turn west and travel for approximately one quarter mile. Then turn right on to Hartman Arena Dr.
DISABLED ACCESS
Disabled access into the arena may be found at the main entrance. Arena accommodates disabled guests by providing accessible parking, wheelchair ramps, and wider doorways and accessible restroom stalls. We will make any accommodation we can to make your visit to our arena an enjoyable one. Contact should be made to the arena offices at 316-744-8880, prior to the event.
DOOR OPENING TIMES
Doors open one (1) hour prior to most events. There may be occasional door opening time changes for special circumstances.

ELEVATORS
There is one elevator located on the west end of the north concourse. During most events, there will be staff available to assist patrons in getting to the elevator.
ENTRANCE LOCATIONS
The east entrance is the main entrance for access to the Arena and Ticket Office. Administrative offices are located on the west side of the building.

FAMILY RESTROOMS
For guests with children, there are two family restrooms. One located across form First Aid on the South Concourse, and one located near the concessions stand on the North Concourse.
FIRST AID STATIONS
During most events, EMT's are staffed at the facility and the first aid station is located near the concession stand on the South Concourse.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Guests are not permitted to bring any outside food or beverages into the arena. Containers including bottles, cans, thermos bottles and plastic coolers are not permitted for the safety and protection of our guests. GROUP TICKETS

GUEST CONDUCT
Our a is committed to providing a fun, family atmosphere. For the comfort and enjoyment of our guests, noisemakers of any type (e.g., air horns, cow bells, etc.) are prohibited. The use of laser pointers is strictly prohibited and will result in ejection. If someone is interfering with your enjoyment of the event, please contact an arena staff member.
GUEST SERVICES
During events, the guest services booth is staffed and located at the center of the concourse near the entrances. Guest services representatives will hold lost and found items during an event, will help guests find their seats, answer ticketing questions, and assist with a host of other concerns.

LOGE BOXES
Loges boxes are the premium seating option available at the arena. There are 20 private boxes that are located on the concourse, around the top of the arena "bowl." Loge Boxes come in 4-seaters or 6-seaters. Boxes are purchased as a whole and can be purchased on an annual or event-by-event basis. Amenities that come with loge box seats are: private entry, private wait staff, access to the arena's VIP bar (The Hartmoor Lounge), and complimentary hors d'oeuvres. LOST & FOUND
During events, Lost And Found items are held at our Guest Services booth, which is located at the center of the concourse, near the entrances. After the event, the items are taken to our administrative offices, where they can be claimed Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
LOST CHILDREN/MISSING PERSONS
During most large events, a Guest Services booth will be located at the center of the concourse, near the entrances. Lost children can be taken to Guest Services or left with Sheriff's Officers if they’re on duty.

Merchandise stands for most events are located in the Northeast corner of the upper concourse.

PARKING
Parking is FREE at our arena. There are 1600 paved parking spots directly surrounding the building, and 800 additional parking spots in our overflow lot directly to the north of the arena.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
-Cameras with detachable lenses
-Computers, laptops or tablets
-Outside food or beverage
-Cans, bottles, coolers or other similar containers
-Video or audio recording devices
-Laser pens or laser pointers
-Noise makers
-Weapons, including but not limited to knives, box cutters, pocket knives, mace, pepper spray, brass knuckles, stun guns, etc.
-Backpacks of any kind, including diaper bag back packs, large bags, sealed packages of any kind
-Fireworks or incendiary devices
-Animals (excluding service animals)
-Balloons
-Flag poles or any support frames for banners/signs
-Any other item deemed unacceptable by Arena.

RE-ENTRY POLICY
Once you are admitted into the arena, there is no re-admittance if you choose to leave. This policy is based on the type of event. Please call ahead for specific details.
RESTRICTIONS
In the interest of guest safety and enjoyment, Arena reserves the right to prevent certain items from being carried into the arena. These include, but are not limited to, weapons or anything else that can be used as dangerous projectiles. Similarly, other items that may jeopardize the safety or viewing/listening enjoyment of the guests may be prohibited. Please see Prohibited Items listed above.
RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located on both the north and south concourse. For events such as expos and conventions, restrooms may be located in the locker rooms to the west of the event floor.

SECURITY SEARCH PROCEDURES
All patrons are subject to search upon entry, either by hand held wand or walk-through magnetometer. Any person refusing search will not be admitted.
SMOKING POLICY
There is absolutely no smoking permitted anywhere inside Arena. The designated smoking area is located in the northeast corner of the building, on the Tap Room patio. Vaping is also prohibited in Arena.

UMBRELLAS
Small umbrellas that can be folded up and put in a hand bag are permitted. Large umbrellas must be left at the entrance during the event, and can be retrieved upon exit.

WHEELCHAIRS
Arena has a limited number of wheelchairs on-site to assist patrons. To use a wheelchair, contact the administrative office at 316.744.8880 prior to the event, or request a wheelchair from security upon arrival.
WILL CALL INFORMATION
Will Call is located at the arena Box Office. Will Call windows open two hours prior to the scheduled event and will generally remain open through the event. Will Call for concerts and other events will vary based on the specific performance.
Will Call tickets will only be released to the person whose name appears on the Will Call envelope or whose name was provided in the Ticketmaster transaction. No person will be given tickets designated for another person without prior authorization. Proper photo ID is required (valid driver's license) in order to claim your tickets. Your order confirmation number and purchasing credit card may also be required, if applicable. A signature from the person authorized to pick up the tickets will be obtained at the time Will Call tickets are claimed. Name changes will not be accepted via the telephone and information regarding Will Call tickets will not be given out over the phone.
